Sales Development Representative (Healthcare Saas Expert)

Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support the growth of a healthcare SaaS platform. This role focuses on the activation and onboarding of healthcare institutions such as hospitals, clinics, and nursing homes by presenting the platform and driving its adoption.
This position combines sales, recruiting, and customer relationship management (CRM) functions, making it ideal for candidates with experience in SaaS sales, B2B, healthcare, or facility recruiting. We are seeking individuals with strong prospecting skills, commercial resilience, and the ability to engage with decision-makers.
Responsibilities:
β’ Identify, contact, and manage healthcare institutions (hospitals, clinics, nursing homes)
β’ Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and other channels
β’ Present and position the platformβs value proposition (SaaS solution)
β’ Drive onboarding and activation of new accounts in the marketplace
β’ Build relationships with decision-makers
β’ Qualify leads and manage the sales/activation pipeline
β’ Track and update activity in CRM tools
β’ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementations
β’ Perform consistent follow-ups to move opportunities through the funnel
β’ Meet and exceed KPIs (calls, conversions, activations, follow-ups)
Requirements:
β’ 2β3 years of relevant experience (flexible to 1.5 years for strong candidates)
β’ Proven experience in SaaS sales, B2B sales, healthcare, or facility recruiting
β’ Experience interacting with decision-makers and delivering sales pitches
β’ Knowledge of prospecting, lead generation, and sales follow-up
β’ Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, Instantly AI, or similar)
β’ Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
β’ High resilience, persistence, and results orientation
β’ Ability to work independently and meet targets
Preferred Profile:
β’ Experience in healthcare staffing, marketplaces, or SaaS environments
β’ Background in facility recruiting (highly valued)
β’ Ability to adapt to dynamic, startup-like environments
β’ Strong results-driven mindset
