ROLE
PURPOSETo manage payroll, HR budgeting, staff costing, job grading, compensation, and benefits (70%) while supporting HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and performance management (30%). The role requires a CPA‑certified professional with advanced financial and analytical skills, combined with HR expertise, to ensure compliance, fairness, and efficiency across the organ
ization.
