ABOUT US
Whitmore Painting is a fully insured residential painting company in Toronto (interior/exterior repaints, new construction, cabinet refinishing). We generate a steady flow of warm inbound leads from our ads - homeowners who filled out a form asking about painting. This is NOT cold calling: every person you call has already asked to hear from us.
THE ROLE
- Call new leads quickly during your shift (target: within 5 minutes of the lead coming in)
- Follow up persistently on no-answers: 4-6 call attempts per lead over 5 days, at varied times
- Book qualified homeowners into a free on-site estimate on our calendar
- Log outcomes in our CRM (GoHighLevel) - you'll call through its dialer from our business number, so everything is tracked automatically
- Our AI assistant handles inbound texts; you own the phone side
SCHEDULE
10-15 hours/week to start. The priority calling block is weekdays 4:00-6:00 PM Eastern (Toronto time). Remaining hours are flexible (morning attempts, same-day speed-to-lead calls).
COMPENSATION
- Hourly base (your Upwork rate)
- PLUS $15 bonus per booked estimate
- PLUS $10 bonus when the estimate actually shows
A realistic month at current lead volume is 8-15 booked estimates. Lead volume is growing; strong performers grow with it.
REQUIREMENTS
- Native-level spoken English with a clear, natural, friendly phone manner - you'll sound like our office, not a call center
- Available for the 4-6 PM Eastern weekday calling block
- Quiet workspace, reliable internet, good headset
- Home services / contractor appointment-setting experience is a big plus
- GoHighLevel (or similar CRM dialer) experience is a plus
