Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Content Moderator with proficiency in the Wolof language for an on-site position based in Nairobi County, Kenyaon behalf of our client. The role involves reviewing user-generated content to ensure it adheres to platform guidelines and community standards. Key responsibilities include monitoring and filtering harmful, inappropriate, or offensive material, providing relevant feedback, engaging with users when needed, and documenting issues for further escalation or resolution. The Content Moderator will also work collaboratively with the team to ensure platform quality and safety standards are maintained.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and review user-generated content effectively.
• Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service for user engagement and issue resolution.
• Experience in Technical Support and providing Training to team members is a plus.
• Fluency in Wolof and English, written and spoken, is essential.
• Familiarity with community guidelines, platform policies, and emerging digital trends.
• Adept at working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
