Position: Head of Sales Kenya Uganda and Tanzania

Region: Kenya Uganda Tanzania

Reporting To: Chief Executive Officer

Location: Flexible within the region

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Sales to lead and drive the sales operations across Kenya Uganda and Tanzania. The ideal candidate will be a resultsoriented leader with a proven track record of achieving sales targets building highperforming teams and driving business growth in the East African market.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Kenya Uganda and Tanzania aligned with the company s growth objectives.

Build and lead a dynamic sales team fostering a highperformance culture and developing future sales leaders.

Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities across the region.

Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders clients and partners to enhance market penetration and customer satisfaction.

Monitor market trends competitors and customer needs to inform sales strategies.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.

Track and report on sales performance providing actionable insights to optimize strategies.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
• Revenue Growth: Achieve a 30% in Kenya50% in Tanzania and 20000 USD per month for Uganda and Rwanda and increase in sales revenue annually across Kenya Uganda and Tanzania.
• Market Share: Grow market share in key industries and regions by 30%.
• Team Development: Recruit train and retain top sales talent reducing turnover .
• Customer Acquisition: Secure 18 new highvalue clients annually in the region.
• Client Retention: Maintain a client retention rate of 98% yearoveryear.

Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or related field; Master s degree is a plus.

At least 8 years of progressive sales leadership experience in East Africa preferably in consultancy or legal firm.

Strong understanding of the market dynamics in Kenya Uganda and Tanzania.

Exceptional leadership negotiation and communication skills.

Proven ability to deliver results in a fastpaced and competitive environment.
