Key Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand clients' unique situations, utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused therapeutic approaches. Design tailored treatment plans that promote positive client experiences.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic methods, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), enabling clients to develop coping strategies and resilience.
• Ensure meticulous maintenance of clinical documentation while adhering to HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards. Your strong organizational skills will be vital in upholding our ethical practice.
• Engage actively with a multidisciplinary team, collaborating closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow therapists to deliver comprehensive and cohesive care plans.
• Participate in continuous professional development through regular case consultations and peer review meetings, thereby enhancing the standard of care provided.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions and support options, empowering them to make informed decisions on their paths toward wellness.
• Stay informed on the latest research and advancements in mental health, ensuring the integration of cutting-edge techniques and theories into therapeutic practice.
Patient Population / Client Focus
The clients you will serve include a diverse demographic facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Qualifications
• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active license to practice in Washington State as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Psychologist.
• Expertise in employing solution-focused interventions and psychotherapy techniques tailored to client requirements.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills essential to establish and maintain strong therapist-client relationships.
• Robust problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to navigate complex patient situations effectively.

Preferred Experience
• Previous experience working in an outpatient setting, providing mental health therapy.
