We're Hiring: Accounting Clerk / Junior Accountant
Nairobi, Kenya | Full-Time, On-Site
Blueprint Design & Build Ltd. (BDBL) is a leading design-build firm delivering architectural, engineering, construction, and project management solutions across Kenya. We're looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented Accounting Clerk / Junior Accountant to join our growing team.
ππ²π π₯π²ππ½πΌπ»ππΆπ―πΆπΉπΆππΆπ²π β’ Maintain accurate financial records and accounting systems β’ Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions β’ Perform bank, supplier, and customer account reconciliations β’ Assist in preparing financial reports and management accounts β’ Support VAT, PAYE, and other statutory compliance requirements β’ Monitor project expenditures and support cost tracking β’ Maintain proper financial documentation and filing systems β’ Assist with payroll administration and audit preparation

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
Minimum 2 years' experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance
CPA Part II or higher is an added advantage
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software
Strong Excel, bookkeeping, and financial reporting skills
Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills
Experience in construction, engineering, or design industries is a plus
