Job Description
I'm looking for an experienced Canva designer (or someone with expertise in a similar design platform) to help transform a collection of AI-generated documents into a premium, professionally branded digital product that will be sold on Etsy and other digital marketplaces.
I currently have 52 PNG pages that form part of a business toolkit. While the content is complete, the documents were AI-generated, so there are some inconsistencies in colours, fonts and formatting that need to be standardised.
Scope of Work
The successful freelancer will:
Create a professional Canva Brand Kit using my exact brand colours, fonts and logo.
Rebuild all 52 pages as fully editable Canva templates (not simply imported PNG files).
Ensure every page has consistent branding and formatting throughout, including:
Headers and footers
Margins and spacing
Typography
Icons
Tables
Call-out boxes
Colours
Overall layout and styling
Deliverables
Each completed document should be supplied as:
Editable Canva template
Microsoft Word (.docx)
Print-ready PDF
Editable PDF (where appropriate)
High-quality PNG preview images suitable for Etsy listings
In addition, I would like:
Professional Etsy listing images
Product mock-ups for marketing the digital downloads
Ideal Candidate
I'm looking for someone who:
Has experience creating premium Canva templates.
Has a strong eye for branding, typography and layout.
Has experience designing digital products for Etsy or similar marketplaces.
Can produce clean, consistent, professional work with excellent attention to detail.
Budget & Timescale
I am happy to negotiate either a fixed-price or hourly contract with the right person. I believe this project could be completed within a few days by an experienced designer.
