We’re Hiring: In-House Photographer

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented In-House Photographer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for composition, lighting, and visual storytelling, with the ability to produce high-quality imagery across a variety of projects.

This is a role based in Nairobi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture high-quality photographs in line with project briefs and creative direction
• Plan and execute photoshoots while ensuring attention to detail and consistency
• Produce visually compelling images that align with brand guidelines and objectives
• Work collaboratively with the client and account managers to achieve desired outcomes
• Organize, manage, and deliver image files in the required formats
• Ensure photography equipment is well-maintained and well-stored during and after shoots
• Adapt to different shooting environments and project requirements
• Manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines

Requirements:

• Must be based in Nairobi
• Previous professional photography experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
• Proficiency in using professional camera systems
• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and visual storytelling
• Ability to adapt your photography style to suit different brands, campaigns, and creative briefs
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and time management skills
• Must be available for scheduled shoots
