Primary Role: Board Member- Strengthen financial governance and sustainability.

Responsibilities
• Review and guide financial strategy and business models.
• Oversee budgeting, cash flow management, and financial controls.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and transparency.
• Advise on fundraising and capital allocation.
• Support the development of financial policies and risk management frameworks.
• Guide audit and compliance processes.
• Help prepare the company for investor due diligence.
