Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Automation Consultant to deliver a short-term automation project focused on streamlining operational reporting.
The objective of this engagement is to eliminate manual reporting processes by designing and implementing automated workflows that integrate data from FoundU and JobAdder, producing scheduled reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power Automate and Microsoft Copilot.
This is a project-based contract ideal for an experienced consultant who can work independently and deliver within agreed timelines.
Project Duration: 4 Weeks (with the possibility of extension based on project requirements)
Details
Project Deliverables:
• Design and build automated workflows integrating FoundU and JobAdder.
• Consolidate multiple weekly reports into automated Excel reporting solutions.
• Configure scheduled report generation and automated distribution.
• Develop Microsoft Copilot-enabled reporting solutions allowing users to generate charts and insights through prompts.
• Optimize reporting accuracy and eliminate manual intervention.
• Document the implemented solution and provide a comprehensive project handover upon completion.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
• Previous consulting or project delivery experience.
Note: This is a Project-Based Contract for only 4 weeks with a possible extension based on project outcomes and business requirements.
