Job Description
Our client, a dynamic company operating within the insurance sector and cultural souvenir business, is seeking to recruit a results-driven Business Development Executive to support market expansion, partnerships, and revenue growth.
Industry: Insurance & Cultural Souvenirs
Location: Rwanda
Net salary: 300,000 – 350,000 RWF
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the insurance and souvenir segments
• Promote insurance products to individuals, SMEs, corporates, and organized groups
• Market and sell cultural souvenirs to corporate clients, institutions, events, and retail partners
• Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and new revenue streams
• Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and pitches
• Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and pitches
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Attend networking events, exhibitions, and promotional activities
• Prepare regular sales, pipeline, and performance reports
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
• Diploma or Degree in Business Development, Marketing, Sales, Insurance, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in business development, sales, or marketing
• Experience in insurance sales is a strong advantage
• Proven ability to close deals and work with commissions/targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, creative, and results-oriented
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
REMUNERATION
• Net salary: 300,000 – 350,000 RWF
• Attractive commission structure based on performance.
