Soft Collections Supervisor (Overdue) – Mogo Kenya | Nairobi, Kenya | Full-Time
MOGO Auto Limited is part of Eleving Group, an international fintech company operating in 16 countries. We provide vehicle financing solutions in Kenya including car loans, motorcycle financing, logbook loans, and electric vehicle financing. Since 2019, we have served over 500,000 customers.
We are looking for an experienced Soft Collections Supervisor to lead our overdue accounts team. The successful candidate will manage daily collections operations for both car and boda-boda portfolios, supervise team leads and agents, monitor performance metrics, and ensure collection targets are met. The role also involves coaching staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, handling escalated customer issues, and reporting to the Head of Department.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and has at least 4 years of experience in a call center environment at a managerial level. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
