Client Activation Lead

Are you driven by results, client success, and turning opportunities into real business impact? We’re looking for a Client Activation Lead to own and accelerate the journey from signed deal to successful Day 1 start.
This is a high-impact, revenue-driving role where you’ll act as the bridge between Sales, Talent, Pricing, and Clients—ensuring every new partnership becomes a fully activated success.
🔑 What you’ll do:
• Own the client activation journey from opportunity handoff to first successful hire
• Ensure client readiness, engagement, and responsiveness throughout the process
• Identify and remove blockers that delay hiring activation
• Leverage existing talent pools (CEIPAL) to match and validate candidates
• Lead shortlist presentations and align clients with market realities
• Act as the main client-facing point during activation, driving momentum
• Coordinate interviews, feedback loops, and speed up decision-making
• Manage internal processes: requisitions, pricing validation, contracts, and start dates
• Re-negotiate scope, pricing, or structure when needed to ensure progress
• Design practical, market-aligned solutions to move clients forward

• Experience in client-facing roles (recruitment, sales, or similar)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to balance client expectations with market realities
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong execution focus
• High sense of ownership and accountability
• Excellent coordination and time management skills
