Founding House Cordinator

HaveYouSleptHere is looking for its first full-time team member.
We’re building a platform centred around remarkable homes, private sales, holiday stays, weddings, founder experiences and thoughtfully curated gatherings across East Africa.
As our Founding House Coordinator, you’ll help bring this vision to life by working across operations, partnerships, community and marketing.
What you’ll do
* Coordinate homeowner and client communications
* Manage enquiries for stays, private sales and weddings
* Assist with Founder Table experiences
* Prepare and distribute our House Letter
* Schedule and coordinate social media content
* Maintain our property and client database
* Support the planning of private events and partnerships
We’re looking for someone who is
* Highly organised and proactive
* A strong communicator and writer
* Comfortable using Instagram, Canva and Google Workspace
* Interested in hospitality, homes, design or real estate
* Excited by building something from the ground up
Location
Hybrid – Nairobi, Kenya
