✈️ We’re Hiring: Travel Consultant – Nairobi Office
Mantra Travels is looking for an experienced and passionate Travel Consultant to join our new Nairobi team.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end air ticketing using the Travelport (Galileo) system
Create and sell customized travel packages (leisure & corporate)
Manage bookings, reissues, refunds, and fare quotations
Provide excellent customer service and timely travel solutions
Liaise with airlines, hotels, and ground service providers
Ensure accuracy in documentation and compliance with travel regulations
Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Travel Consultant (minimum 2–3 years preferred)
Strong working knowledge of Travelport / Galileo
Solid experience in air ticketing and holiday packages
Excellent communication and client-handling skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
