MIS Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across the business. This role is responsible for transforming operational data into meaningful insights through robust data models, dashboards, and reporting.

You will play a key role in bridging the gap between raw data and business strategy, enabling teams to optimize performance and achieve operational targets.

Key Responsibilities
• Collect, process, and analyze operational data to generate actionable insights
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports (Power BI)
• Build and manage data models to support business reporting needs
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of management information
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements
• Support performance tracking across campaigns and business units
• Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an MIS, Reporting, or Data Analyst role (BPO/call centre experience preferred)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power BI (DAX, Power Query, report publishing)
• Solid working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and transformation
• Understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts (Star/Snowflake schemas)

Preferred Qualifications
• Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300) certification
• Exposure to Azure Data Services (Azure SQL, Data Factory, etc.)
• Experience with call centre platforms (e.g. Genesys, Avaya, Cisco UCCX)
• Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis or automation
