Join Our Team: Individual Therapist (Group Private Practice)

We’re seeking a compassionate and skilled individual therapist to join our group private practice. This position offers flexibility, autonomy, and comprehensive support, including client referrals, credentialing and billing services.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field.

• Licensure: Fully licensed (LCSW, LPC, or equivalent).

• Additional Requirements:

• Current malpractice insurance, Professional Liability $1,000,000/5,000,000 Aggregate

• Active NPI and CAQH registration.

Your Role:

As an independent therapist, you will:

• Clinical Care:

• Provide ethical, culturally sensitive counseling and case management.

• Conduct diagnoses, develop treatment plans, and deliver crisis intervention when needed.

• Educate clients on relapse prevention, behavioral patterns, and treatment processes.

• Monitor medication compliance with support from a psychiatric nurse practitioner.

• Facilitate referrals to other social services and treatment programs as necessary.

• Administrative Excellence:

• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation (intakes, progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries).

• Engage in regular supervision with the clinical supervisor.

• Collaborate with mental health professionals and community agencies.
