Etsy Expert + Designer Needed to Turn Medical Templates into High-Converting Digital Products - Contract to Hire

I am creating a premium range of medical note templates and clinical tools designed for doctors and medical students.

I already have the clinical content and raw templates. I now need an expert to help transform these into a high-converting Etsy product line.

This is NOT just a design job — I am looking for someone who understands the following:
• Etsy SEO and search optimisation
• Digital product conversion (especially templates/planners)
• Clean, functional, professional layout design
• How customers actually use products (iPad + printable workflows)

Scope of Work:

1. Template Design Optimisation
• Redesign existing templates into clean, minimal, highly usable layouts
• Ensure formats work for:
• iPad (GoodNotes/Notability style use)
• Printable A4 PDF
• Improve visual hierarchy and usability under time pressure (clinical context)

2. Product Packaging
• Turn individual templates into bundles/systems (e.g. “On Call Survival Kit”)
• Create cohesive branding across products

3. Etsy Shop Setup
• Set up a new Etsy shop from scratch
• Upload and organise listings
• Create a professional storefront (banner, logo, thumbnails)

4. Listing Optimisation (VERY IMPORTANT)
• SEO-optimised titles, descriptions, and tags
• High-converting listing images
• Help position products for search and conversion

5. Strategy Input
• Advice on pricing, bundling, and scaling
• Suggestions for additional high-demand products in this niche
