I'm looking for a customer service representative for my US e-commerce business.

Hello, we are a manufacturer from China. We are currently looking for US-based staff to help sell our factory's jewelry products on the market.

Please note that you will not be responsible for live-stream sales (many people lack sales skills or dislike being on camera. If you want to do live streams later, that is also optional). Your role is only for post-live customer service, such as replying to customer inquiries, processing or canceling orders, tracking logistics, and sorting customer feedback.

Our requirements for you are as follows:

You must be a US resident and an existing Whatnot seller. If you are not a seller yet, you can easily apply to become an individual seller.

Our Chinese team will take full charge of live streaming and product sales. We hope you are patient, polite, and responsible.
