Walmart Marketplace Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Walmart Marketplace Account Manager to support and grow our Walmart presence. Our brand specializes in artisan-crafted gold-finished jewelry and is already selling on Amazon, Etsy, and Shopify. We are now expanding on Walmart and need a skilled expert to take over day-to-day operations and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full Walmart Marketplace account operations

Set up and maintain Walmart Brand Portal

Create and optimize product listings, including titles, key features, descriptions, images, and rich content

Conduct keyword research and listing SEO for Walmart Marketplace

Launch and manage Walmart Sponsored Search campaigns; improve ROAS and overall ad efficiency

Monitor performance, sales reports, and account health; adjust strategies accordingly

Ensure compliance with all Walmart Marketplace policies and requirements

Support and manage seller-fulfilled order operations, shipping setup, delivery performance, and returns workflow

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve listing, catalog, or account issues

Identify growth opportunities across assortment, visibility, conversion, and pricing

Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience managing Walmart Marketplace stores, preferably in jewelry, fashion, or accessories

Demonstrated success with Walmart listing creation, catalog management, and account growth

Strong understanding of seller-fulfilled Walmart operations and performance requirements

Skilled with Walmart-focused tools and analytics platforms for keyword research, advertising, and performance tracking

Strong understanding of Walmart SEO, Buy Box factors, and catalog optimization

Excellent written English for listing content

Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized

Project Scope:

Part-time to start, with potential for long-term, ongoing engagement
