What You’ll Do Audit and improve LP acquisition from first touch to commitment Map decision psychology across LP types (family offices, FoFs, endowments, SWFs, HNW) Apply NEURO Switches to decks, DDQs, one-pagers, and LP updates Build LP pipeline strategy: targeting, fit assessment, and prioritization Design relationship cadence: messaging, timing, follow-ups, objections Support investment committee process: anticipate concerns and equip LP champions Run fundraising prep: mock meetings, pitch refinement, objection handling Help build a repeatable behavioral LP acquisition methodology What We’re Looking For Experience in LP fundraising, placement, or institutional investor relations in digital assets Existing LP network (family offices, FoFs, allocators, HNW, institutional) Understanding of crypto fund evaluation and IC processes Strong long-cycle relationship management (12–18 months) Ability to work with senior GPs and fund managers Strong pipeline discipline and follow-up execution Bonus: placement agent or investor psychology background
