Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Enterprise Logistics Sales Executive to drive net-new business growth across warehousing, order fulfillment, and transportation logistics solutions. This is a hunter-focused, fully remote role (U.S.-based) with significant client-facing travel and ownership of the full enterprise sales cycle.

Preferred candidate locations include Dallas or California, but we are open to strong talent nationwide.

This role is ideal for a commercially driven sales professional who thrives in long-cycle enterprise deals, cold outreach, and complex stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities
β€’ Drive new business development (net-new logos) across mid-market and enterprise clients
β€’ Prospect via cold calling, email outreach, networking, and conferences
β€’ Build and manage a personal sales pipeline and forecasting funnel in CRM
β€’ Develop strategic account plans for multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
β€’ Act as the internal quarterback, aligning operations, finance, and leadership to close deals
β€’ Attend industry events, conferences, and client site visits (~50% travel)
β€’ Conduct in-person customer meetings when possible to accelerate deal velocity
β€’ Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to marketing and leadership teams

You will sell into organizations ranging from $50M to $15B+ in revenue, including:
β€’ Retail & Consumer Goods
β€’ Furniture & Bulk Goods
β€’ Logistics & Distribution-heavy enterprises
β€’ Supply chain and transportation-intensive businesses

Key decision makers include:
β€’ Warehouse Directors
β€’ Transportation Managers
β€’ VP/Director of Supply Chain & Logistics

Sales Cycle & KPIs
β€’ New business cycle: 6–18 months
β€’ Expansion cycle: 3–6 months
β€’ Target performance:
β€’ $7.5M+ in new annual revenue
β€’ 33% close rate
β€’ 90% contract renewal rate

Required Experience
β€’ Proven success in true net-new B2B enterprise sales (hunter role)
β€’ Experience managing a full sales funnel in CRM systems
β€’ Strong background in cold outreach (calls, email, prospecting)
β€’ Demonstrated ability to close long, complex enterprise sales cycles
β€’ Experience selling logistics, 3PL, warehousing, fulfillment, or supply chain solutions preferred
β€’ Strong cross-functional deal management skills

We are NOT seeking purely account management profiles or legacy logistics operators.

Travel Requirements
β€’ Approximately 50% travel
β€’ Typically 2–3 days per week (often Mon–Wed or Mon–Tue)
β€’ Travel for:
β€’ Client meetings
β€’ Site visits
β€’ Conferences & networking events
β€’ Travel is self-booked with company credit card + AI expense tools

Compensation

Total On-Target Earnings (OTE): $130,000 – $180,000 (Base + Commission)
β€’ Uncapped commission (7.5% of gross profit)
β€’ Paid quarterly
β€’ Accelerated earnings on the first 3 years of the contract value
β€’ Example: $30M profit deal 7.5% commission payout
