Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nairobi for an Online Marketer. The Online Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring online marketing initiatives. Key responsibilities include analyzing web analytics, developing and managing social media campaigns, implementing online marketing strategies, leveraging marketing automation tools, and collaborating with the sales team to drive leads and conversions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and a results-driven mindset.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Web Analytics to track and optimize online performance
• Experience in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing strategies
• Knowledge of Marketing Automation tools and techniques
• Strong Sales acumen for supporting marketing efforts that drive conversions
• Ability to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
