Industry Customer Marketing Specialist
Job Description
1. Industry Market Development
• Conduct market research on assigned industries and identify target customers and projects
• Collect and update industry customer and project information on a continuous basis
• Identify business opportunities and support early-stage project development
2. Customer Development and Relationship Management
• Build and maintain relationships with key contacts of industry customers
• Support communication with decision-makers, technical teams, and procurement departments
• Assist in maintaining long-term customer cooperation and repeat business
3. Project Tracking and Sales Execution
• Track industry projects throughout the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification to contract execution
• Coordinate internal resources (product, service, spare parts, logistics, and finance) to support project conversion
• Assist in commercial negotiations and contract implementation
4. Industry Solution Promotion
• Promote construction machinery products, spare parts, services, and integrated solutions based on customer working conditions
• Communicate product advantages, application cases, and lifecycle value to customers
• Support demonstrations, site visits, and solution presentations
5. Market and Competitor Analysis
• Collect information on industry policies, market trends, and competitor activities
• Analyze competitors’ products, pricing strategies, and service models within target industries
• Provide market and industry feedback to regional management and product teams
6. Sales Target and Payment Support
• Support achievement of assigned sales targets and market development KPIs
• Follow up on delivery, acceptance, and payment collection
• Assist in controlling business and credit risks in coordination with finance and commercial teams
