About the Role

As a Benefits Specialist - Open Enrollment, you will serve as the primary benefits contact for clients throughout the open enrollment process, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience for both clients and employees.
Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead and administer client open enrollment processes

✅ Support renewal preparation with internal teams

✅ Validate benefits plans and conduct quality assurance reviews

✅ Ensure regulatory compliance and best practices

✅ Present and deliver client renewals

✅ Educate clients and employees on benefits offerings

✅ Partner with carriers and vendors to resolve benefit-related inquiries

✅ Review benefits data within HRIS systems

✅ Perform post-enrollment audits and validations
What We're Looking For

✔ Associate Degree or higher

✔ 2-5 years of group benefits experience (PEO industry experience preferred)

✔ Experience working with HRIS platforms

✔ Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

✔ Excellent communication and client-facing abilities

✔ Project management and leadership experience preferred
