Job Description

• Seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Marketing to lead integrated marketing initiatives supporting the Creators business. This role combines people leadership with hands-on campaign ownership, managing a team of marketing contractors while driving high-impact, customer-first marketing programs across mobile applications including Premiere, Lightroom, Photoshop, and Adobe Firefly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of two contract marketing managers while providing day-to-day guidance and support
• Own integrated marketing campaigns from strategy and planning through execution and performance measurement
• Develop campaign briefs aligned with business goals and customer insights
• Partner cross-functionally with Brand Studio, Product Marketing, Media, and regional teams to execute large-scale campaigns
• Manage budgets, timelines, project prioritization, and resource planning
• Drive operational excellence while maintaining high-quality campaign execution
• Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team environment

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of experience in integrated marketing, campaign management, or marketing leadership
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional marketing initiatives with measurable business results
• Strong understanding of integrated marketing across brand, digital, social, media, and content
• Experience managing stakeholders across multiple teams and driving alignment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn insights into action
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Compensation

• Pay Rate: $70.19/hour
