Procera Gin is an ultra-premium gin distilled in Kenya and internationally recognised for its quality and craftsmanship. The company is focused on expanding its footprint across key hotels and lodges across Kenya. This is an important key commercial and brand-building channel, delivering structured, high-end guest experiences aligned with global luxury standards.

Location: Nairobi, with frequent travel to key Kenya tourism regions for account visits and trainings. Position Summary: Responsible for driving sales of Procera Gin within Kenya’s tourism ecosystem β€” hotels, lodges, camps, tour operators, coastal regions, and Kenya's Duty-Free.

Key Responsibilities

1. Account Acquisition & Management

- Identify and win new listings in high-end hotels, safari lodges, luxury camps, boutique properties, and at the Kenyan coast.

- Build relationships with Owners, GMs, F&B managers, bar managers, and staff

- Own the full sales cycle: sales, training, and account management

2. Sales Growth in Existing Accounts

- Increase the rate of sales in existing outlets

- Ensure continuous passion and satisfaction with the Procera offering

3. Brand Education

- Execute tastings, bartender training, and guest experiences

- Ensure premium brand positioning and storytelling. Ensure visibility and staff advocacy

- Push premium serves and signature cocktails.

4. Trade Relationships

- Build relationships with hospitality groups and tour operators

- Act as the face of Procera in the tourism trade

5. Kenya Travel Retail

- Management of Kenya Duty-Free sales channel.

- Design and execute strategies to grow the brand’s Duty-Free Sales

6. Market Intelligence and Analysis

- Track competitor activity, Identify high-potential accounts, Feed insights into strategy

Candidate Profile

- 5+ years in premium hospitality or luxury sales. Existing network in the Kenyan tourism and understanding of the ecosystem

- Exceptional sales, storytelling, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence procurement heads and front-of-house staff. - Ability to charismatically lead account team training and tastings

- Highly personable, enthusiastic, and organized with a strong results-driven mentality

- Must possess a personal vehicle and a willingness for frequent travel to key tourism hubs

Compensation

- Competitive base salary + performance-based commission commensurate with profile. - Travel and expenses covered.
