Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career sales professional looking to develop their prospecting, lead generation, and business development skills.
The SDR will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers, generating sales opportunities, and supporting the sales team by scheduling discovery meetings with qualified prospects. This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and a proactive approach to outbound prospecting.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting efforts.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads through phone, email, and follow-up communications.
• Build and execute outbound prospecting campaigns targeting potential customers.
• Establish initial contact with key decision-makers and schedule discovery meetings for Sales Representatives.
• Identify, qualify, nurture, and develop sales opportunities throughout the pipeline.
• Maintain active engagement with prospects through consistent follow-up strategies.
• Research markets and identify potential business opportunities.
• Segment and prioritize prospects based on market potential and business needs.
• Utilize phone calls, emails, and other outreach methods to convert leads into qualified opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Sales Representatives to support pipeline growth and revenue generation.
• Accurately track prospecting activities, pipeline status, and forecasts within the CRM system.
• Meet and exceed daily and weekly activity metrics, including calls, conversations, and qualified opportunities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months of sales experience within the BPO industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent phone presence and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of sales processes and customer engagement.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred
• Experience with CRM platforms.
• Experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or outbound sales.
• Proven ability to meet activity and performance targets.
