Reddit Posting & Engagement Assistant for Music SaaS (Ongoing, Part-Time)

We're looking for a reliable Reddit Posting & Engagement Assistant for ToneFramer, a SaaS tool that turns musicians' audio into short-form visual videos to promote their music.

The posts themselves are provided to you - your job is to publish them and bring them to life through engagement. We need someone who knows Reddit well enough to post in the right place, at the right time, and handle the comments like a real community member.

What you'll do:

Publish 2-3 provided posts per week to the correct subreddits (we supply the content and target subs via a weekly sheet)

Post at optimal times for each subreddit to maximize reach

Actively engage after posting: reply to comments, answer questions, and keep conversations going in a natural, authentic voice

Monitor posts for the first several hours and respond promptly to early comments

Flag any posts removed by mods or any rule issues, and adapt

Report weekly on what posted, engagement received, and what landed

You're a great fit if you:

Know Reddit culture and rules - you understand what gets a post removed or an account shadowbanned

Can write natural, conversational replies that don't read as scripted or promotional

Are responsive and consistent - posting and engaging on a regular schedule matters

Have managed or grown Reddit accounts before (please share examples)

Nice to have:

Background or interest in music, content creation, or SaaS
