LaunchOps HQ is building the next generation of education technology by combining AI-powered learning, research, product development, entrepreneurship, and venture creation into a single platform.
Our mission is to nurture future innovators, researchers, engineers, and founders by making high-quality technology education accessible and practical.
We are looking for an exceptional leader to join our executive team as Chief Growth, Partnerships & Funding Officer.
This is a strategic leadership role for someone international with a proven track record of securing grants, building institutional partnerships, attracting strategic funding, and establishing relationships with governments, foundations, universities, development organizations, and investors.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute LaunchOps HQ's global funding strategy.
• Identify and secure grants from international foundations, governments, and development agencies.
• Build long-term partnerships with universities, corporations, NGOs, and research institutions.
• Lead fundraising efforts with angel investors, venture capital firms, and strategic investors.
• Establish relationships with philanthropic organizations and education-focused funders.
• Negotiate strategic partnerships that accelerate company growth.
• Position our TechOps Hub product for international expansion and long-term sustainability.
• Represent the company in high-level meetings, conferences, and partnership discussions.
Ideal Candidate
• Demonstrated success securing institutional grants or investment capital.
• Strong network across the education, technology, innovation, or development ecosystem.
• Experience working with international donors, foundations, governments, or venture investors.
• Outstanding negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for transforming education through technology.
Equity Structure
This role includes up to 15% equity, subject to a standard four-year vesting schedule with a one-year cliff and milestone-based performance expectations. We are seeking a long-term strategic partner who will help shape the future of TechOps Hub.
