HUBSPOT OPERATOR
Job Description
You’ll work closely with Sales and SDR teams to ensure campaigns, automations, and reporting are executed flawlessly.
• Shift: Monday to friday 8:30 AM a 5:00 PM (US Pacific Time - PST).

🔧 What You’ll Do
• Own CRM data hygiene: ensure accuracy, consistency, and structure across contacts, companies, and deals
• Build and manage HubSpot workflows, automations, and sequences
• Support Sales & SDR teams with campaign execution and prospecting lists
• Monitor pipeline activity to identify stalled opportunities and gaps
• Create dashboards and reports on sales performance and revenue metrics (RevOps)
• Continuously improve CRM processes and identify efficiency opportunities
✅ What We’re Looking For
• Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM (Admin/Backend preferred)
• Proven experience with CRM cleanup, database management, or process optimization
• Background in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations (RevOps), or similar roles
• Advanced/Fluent English (C1 required) for working with U.S. teams
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, build-from-scratch environment
