About Fedha Group

Fedha Group is a Nairobi-based property and facilities management group with over 40 years of operating history. Our four entities — Emperor Plaza Ltd, Fedha Plaza Ltd, LP Holdings Ltd, and Fedha (Management) Limited — own and manage commercial, retail, hospitality and residential properties. Fedha (Management) Limited (FML) is the fee-based management company providing property, facilities, and building service management to the group and to third-party clients.

The Opportunity

We have already procured and licensed the full Zoho One suite across all four entities, with a partial Finance (Zoho Books) and CRM (Zoho CRM) configuration in place. We are now looking for a Zoho One specialist to take complete ownership of this environment — auditing what exists, closing gaps, and building out the remaining modules through to group-wide go-live across Finance, CRM, People & HR, Sales & Marketing, Property Management (custom Zoho Creator build), Facilities Management, and Financial Analytics.

Once implementation is complete, the role transitions permanently into ongoing Zoho One Systems Administrator — the internal platform owner responsible for administration, continuous improvement, and user support.

What You'll Do
• Lead end-to-end Zoho One administration across four entities: user provisioning, Zoho Directory (SSO), Zoho Vault, and WorkDrive governance.
• Audit and complete the existing Zoho Books (Finance) and Zoho CRM configurations, including multi-entity setup, dual-authorization workflows, and data migration.
• Configure Zoho CRM, SalesIQ, and Forms for property leasing and client management pipelines across all entities.
• Build and deploy People & HR (Zoho People, Zoho Recruit) and Sales & Marketing (Zoho Campaigns, Marketing Automation, Zoho Social) modules.
• Design and build a custom Property Management application in Zoho Creator using Deluge scripting — covering unit registers, lease management, rent schedules, and tenant communications.
• Configure Zoho FSM and Zoho Desk for facilities and maintenance management, including asset registers, preventive maintenance, and vendor workflows.
• Build a cross-module Zoho Analytics dashboard suite including a live, auto-refreshed executive performance dashboard with RAG-rated KPIs.
• Integrate Zoho Books with the Group's Pesawise banking platform and official company ride hauling platforms using Zoho Flow and REST APIs.
• Deliver group-wide user training, lead UAT, and manage the go-live hyper care period.
• On go-live, assume ongoing platform administration, governance, and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

Essential
• Demonstrable hands-on Zoho One (or multi-app Zoho) implementation experience in a live business environment — OR comprehensive platform knowledge evidenced by Zoho certifications or substantial self-driven projects.
• Proficiency in Zoho Creator and Deluge scripting for custom application development.
• Experience with Zoho Flow and/or REST API integration.
• Administrator-level knowledge of Zoho Books, Zoho CRM, Zoho People, and Zoho Analytics.
• Data migration experience: extraction, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
• Self-directed with strong documentation discipline and a high ownership mindset.

Advantageous
• Familiarity with property/lease management or facilities management operations.
• Awareness of the Kenyan regulatory context for payroll and finance.
• Zoho certifications (Creator Developer, CRM Administrator, Books, or equivalent).
• A degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business IT, or equivalent practical experience.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a first-round interview, after which a mandatory practical assessment (3 working days) will be issued. Only candidates who score 70/100 or above on the assessment will advance to the final interview.
