Marketing & Content Coordinator

Kanga Studio Nairobi is seeking an exceptional Marketing & Content Coordinator to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on role for a highly organised, creative and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about marketing, community building and brand growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting marketing, communications and content creation across multiple brands, events and wellbeing initiatives within the Kanga group.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and schedule social media content

• Design marketing materials using Canva

• Manage newsletters and email campaigns

• Update website content and event information

• Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotions

• Support event launches and community initiatives

• Liaise with photographers, videographers and partners

• Assist with copywriting and content creation

• Monitor engagement and support community growth

• Ensure marketing activity is delivered accurately and on time

We are looking for someone who:

• Has excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Swahili

• Is highly organised and detail-oriented

• Is confident using Canva

• Has experience managing social media accounts

• Can work independently and take ownership of projects

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment

• Is proactive, creative and reliable

• Has strong communication skills

Previous experience in marketing, communications, content creation, events, media, public relations or social media management would be advantageous.

Position Details

Location: Nairobi

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: KES 35,000 – 50,000 depending on experience
