Job Description
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Broker role based in Cairo. The Real Estate Broker will manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, and closing transactions. Responsibilities include advising clients on market conditions, property values, and legal requirements, as well as preparing and reviewing contracts and necessary documentation. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and partner firms within the Red Collaboration network, while actively contributing to shared projects and marketing initiatives. The broker will also track market trends, update property listings, and provide timely follow-up and exceptional service to all clients.
Qualifications
• Strong Brokerage and Real Estate skills, including experience managing property transactions and negotiations.
• Knowledge of Real Property concepts, local market dynamics, and relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven Sales and Customer Service abilities, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and delivering a positive client experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and follow-up.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a network of partner firms and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Familiarity with real estate CRM systems and basic digital tools for listing, marketing, and reporting.
• Relevant real estate license or certification in Egypt (or eligibility to obtain), and prior experience as a real estate agent or broker is preferred.
