Result of Service
The consultant will support the Sustainable Mobility Unit in delivering the following products and services under the direct supervision of the Programme Management Officer for Gender. 1. A report defining third-party logistics (3PL), self-delivery, individual contractors, full-service providers, and other delivery modalities to ensure a consistent understanding across Deliver-E Coalition activities. 2. Six brief case studies for the Deliver-E Coalition highlighting lessons learned and common themes in zero-emission food and grocery delivery. 3. Four outreach and communication products related to Deliver-E Coalition activities. 4. A communications plan and launch concept for the Deliver-E Baseline Assessment. 5. A proposal for a Deliver-E Coalition event at COP31. 6. A concept for a zero-emission delivery city guidebook. 7. A UNEP Global Electric Mobility Programme communications booklet showcasing country-level projects, including key results, impacts, and lessons learned, tailored for external audiences. 8. A communication campaign to effectively showcase UNEP Global Electric Mobility programme activities, results, and impacts. 9. Support to the organization and delivery of two gender-focused events (in India and Nairobi) under the BMZ “E-Mobility as a Driver for Change” programme. 10. Updated and maintained Output 1 (gender data collection and database), ensuring accessibility, quality, and dissemination to wider audiences. 11. Support updated Global Electric Mobility Programme website. 12. Support the development of the webtool for the Used EV and Battery end of Life Regulatory Toolbox for LMICs. 13. Support the development of the the webpage the Used EVs and Battery end-of-life workstream and the Global Partnership on EV Battery Circularity.
