Role Description

The Floor Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure an excellent guest experience. Responsibilities include managing staff on the floor, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling service issues promptly, training team members, coordinating with kitchen staff, and maintaining operational standards to create a smooth, efficient workflow.

Qualifications
• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure top-tier guest experiences
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for managing and coordinating with staff and patrons
• Proficiency in Operations Management to oversee and optimize daily workflows
• Ability to lead employee Training to ensure consistency in service and skill development
• Previous experience in hospitality management or a similar role is highly desirable
• Organizational and problem-solving skills to quickly address challenges on the floor
• Diploma or degree in hospitality, business management, or relevant field preferred
