Contractors Representative / Site Agent - Kenya

The Site Agent / Contractor's Representative shall be the Contractor's authorized representative on site and shall be responsible for the overall management, supervision, coordination, and execution of the Works. The position shall ensure that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with the Contract requirements, approved drawings and specifications, quality standards, health and safety regulations, environmental requirements, and the approved work program.

• Relevant academic background such as a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Site Agent, Contractors Representative, or similar role on medium to large construction/road projects is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with construction planning tools and basic computer proficiency (e.g., MS Office; exposure to project management or design software is an advantage).
• Ability to work full-time on site in Kenya, with flexibility to adapt to project schedules and evolving site requirements.
