We are looking for an experienced MPGS Deploy Resource to support Mastercard Payment Gateway Services (MPGS) clients by accelerating merchant onboarding activities and providing end-to-end technical and operational support. The role focuses on ensuring successful integration, activation, and ongoing performance of MPGS solutions.
Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in payment gateways, merchant onboarding, or technical project delivery
• Strong understanding of payment gateway platforms and digital commerce ecosystems
• Hands-on experience with MPGS APIs and merchant integrations
• Experience supporting merchant onboarding and post-production operations
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience collaborating with technical, operational, and business teams
Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for MPGS merchant onboarding activities
• Coordinate with Mastercard internal teams and client stakeholders
• Manage technical support requests and track issue resolution
• Support urgent production incidents and complex technical challenges
• Conduct regular review meetings with clients
• Deliver technical training and knowledge transfer sessions
• Assist clients with MPGS-related documentation and requests
• Ensure timely and high-quality support for onboarding and ongoing operations
