Scheduler with WellskyScheduler Location: On-site in Kenya – Nairobi Employment Type: Full-time Experience Level: Hyper Junior (1–3 years)Schedule: Wednesday to Sunday, 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CST (Monday and Tuesday off)ONSITE: Oasis Outsourcing - Royal Office "Royal Offices, 3rd Floor, Office 33, Mogotio Road, Kenya."This role ensures efficient service delivery, accurate caregiver-client matching, and exceptional client satisfaction.The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high call volumes while maintaining professional communication with caregivers and clients.Requirements:- English C1- Must: 1–3 years of experience in home care scheduling and administrative support.- WellSky system management (Must).
RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities Scheduling & Coordination-Create, manage, and adjust caregiver schedules to meet client care needs.-Coordinate shifts, fill open cases, and respond to last-minute staffing changes.-Match caregivers to clients based on skills, availability, and preferences.-Communicate effectively with caregivers and clients regarding schedules and updates.-Monitor attendance and ensure timely coverage for all assigned cases.-Maintain accurate scheduling records using WellSky.-Administrative Support Provide general office and clerical support, including answering phones, emails, and managing inquiries.-Maintain accurate client and caregiver records in the system.
