We are looking for a highly organized and detail-driven Marketing Operations Coordinator to help streamline inbound processes, manage marketing workflows, and ensure smooth execution across projects. This role is perfect for someone who loves structure, thrives on problem-solving, and enjoys keeping multiple moving parts aligned so nothing falls through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and route inbound RFPs and website inquiries

• Improve and automate lead-routing workflows

• Track inquiry volumes, response times, and process bottlenecks

• Coordinate and prioritize marketing requests across teams

• Monitor project timelines, ownership, and progress

• Route inquiries to the appropriate teams and ensure timely follow-up

• Serve as the first point of contact for inbound communications

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Project Coordination, or a similar role

• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple priorities across cross-functional teams

• Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for process improvement
