Executive Assistant - Nairobi
Job Description

What You’ll Do
• Own calendars, inboxes, and priorities across time zones
• Execute research and high-impact projects
• Create presentations and executive-ready content
• Coordinate with global stakeholders
• Anticipate needs and solve problems proactively
What We’re Looking For
• Strong English communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Proactive, resourceful, and tech-savvy (Google Workspace, Mac, AI tools)
• Available full-time (40 hrs/week), often U.S. hours
• Fully dedicated to one role
Location & Setup
• Must live within 80 km of the Nairobi Hub
• Able to report onsite when needed
• Includes 2 weeks onsite onboarding + ongoing training
Compensation & Benefits
During Training (up to 6 weeks):
• Intensive onsite training
• Trainee status
Upon Client Match:
• Earn up to KES 90,500/month

Requirements
• Reliable WFH setup
• Minimum 30 Mbps internet
