You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, scalable, and secure solutions, bridging the gap between technical complexity and user-friendly design.This role offers a unique opportunity to work on highly impactful projects, including the development of the highest-converting crypto checkout in the industry. You will shape product strategies, drive execution, and ensure that our solutions empower users and businesses alike.If you're a results-driven leader with a deep understanding of blockchain technology and an entrepreneurial mindset, this role is your chance to make a tangible impact on the evolution of web3.QualificationsYou have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, engineering or a related field7+ years in Product management and strategy, bonus if a few of those years being in CryptoCrypto-forward experience, including familiarity with onchain activity such as interacting with Ethereum addresses, using ENS, and engaging with dApps or blockchain-based servicesConsistent track record of leading ambitious and ambiguous projectsObsession with product quality and an eye for designExperience in highly-cross functional environmentsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsTechnical experience (Previously a SWE, Protocol engineer, Data analyst, etc.)An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environmentResponsibilitiesHelp Fun.xyz build out the highest converting Checkout product in the industryDefine the strategy and roadmap for engineering, attaining maximum alignment with business values and goalsDeeply understand Fun.xyz’s diverse client and user base, and their nuanced business modelsOwn all facets of a product area from crafting the vision and strategy to executingDive into technologies spanning a mix of off-chain & completely on-chain protocolsPartner closely with engineering, design, data, customer support, legal, and operations teamsMake trade-offs across multiple complex dimensionsLeverage data and analytics to inform strategy and measure successMake multitudes of micro-decisions everyday that will impact the businessWhat sets you apartYou are extremely organizedYou are hyper detail-orientedYou take pride and set a high bar for your work, and will not hesitate to hold others to the same barYou have demonstrated experience influencing stakeholders (partners, executives, engineering, customers) in order to achieve resultsYou have mentored other product managers and/or engineers in the pastYou are a big Do-er and base your work around executionYou are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and dive into the trenches with the team, be it coding, talking to customers, plumbing data, writing documentation, preparing decks, etc.You have a track record of excellence (from school, hobbies, side projects, etc)
