Job Description
Responsibilities :
• operate our POS system
• track guest bills and prepare invoices and follow up on payments
• Welcome check in and out guests in warm polite professional manor.
• Handle guest enquiries via phone,emails,WhatsApp and walk-ins
• coordinate group bookings for NGO's, Schools , Universities & institutions
• assist with shop sales
• liaise closely with housekeeping, kitchen,maintenance & security
• Ensure Health & Safety, security ,emergency & property procedures are followed
• Handle guest complaints ,concierge services
• coordinate group bookings
• track guest meal plans
• promote and coordinate guest tours & safaris,
