Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Assistant to support daily customer interactions and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will handle inquiries, resolve complaints, process orders, and provide accurate information about products and services.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
• Assist customers with orders, payments, returns, and product information
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain accurate customer records and update databases
• Coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs
• Handle administrative tasks related to customer service operations
• Follow company policies and maintain a high level of professionalism

Requirements
• Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office or CRM systems
