AI Workflow & Enablement Specialist
Job Description
Work Type: Full-Time | Onsite
Working Hours: Australian Time Zones
We are looking for a practical, hands-on AI Workflow & Enablement Specialist to help transform how teams work using AI tools, with a strong focus on Claude.
This is a cross-functional role at the intersection of operations, process improvement, and AI adoption. You will work closely with teams across the business to understand how they operate, identify inefficiencies, and introduce simple, effective AI-driven solutions that improve productivity and output. This is not a pure engineering role. It is ideal for someone who can observe workflows, solve real business problems, and help non-technical teams confidently adopt AI tools.
Key Responsibilities
> Shadow teams across Sales, Finance, Engineering, Operations, and Admin to understand day-to-day workflows
> Identify bottlenecks, repetitive tasks, and inefficiencies across business functions
> Translate observations into practical AI use cases using Claude (prompts, workflows, light automations)
> Prioritize opportunities based on impact, effort, and ease of adoption
> Work with team leaders to test and implement AI-driven improvements in real workflows
> Iterate solutions based on feedback and measurable outcomes
> Embed successful workflows into daily team operations to ensure long-term adoption
> Create simple documentation including prompt libraries, SOPs, and playbooks
> Run 1:1 and small-group training sessions to improve AI adoption and confidence
> Support teams in building strong prompting practices and AI literacy
> Track and report on impact including time saved, efficiency gains, and process improvements
> Provide regular updates to leadership on progress, challenges, and opportunities
Requirements
> 2–5 years of experience in operations, process improvement, consulting, or similar roles
> Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar in real work environments
> Strong ability to analyse workflows and identify areas for improvement
> Ability to translate business problems into simple, practical solutions
> Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
> Experience running training sessions or supporting adoption of new tools/processes
> Highly proactive, organised, and comfortable working independently
> Comfortable working onsite and aligned to Australian working hours
Performance Measures
> Clear identification and prioritisation of high-impact AI use cases
> Successful implementation and adoption of AI workflows across teams
> Measurable improvements in efficiency, output quality, and time savings
> Increased AI usage and confidence across non-technical staff
> Consistent reporting and visibility on progress and impact
Additional Notes
> This is a highly practical role focused on real business impact, not theory
> You will work closely with leadership and multiple teams across the business
> The role will evolve as AI adoption grows across the organisation
What We Offer
> Opportunity to work at the forefront of AI adoption in a real business environment
> Exposure to cross-functional operations and strategic problem-solving
> A collaborative and fast-moving team environment
> A role that builds strong skills in AI, operations, and business transformation
