π’ Now Hiring: Talent Sourcers Onsite role
Are you passionate about finding talent before the role even opens? Weβre looking for experienced Sourcers / Pipeline Builders to help us proactively identify and engage top candidates across multiple roles and industries.
π Role: Pipeline Builder (Talent Sourcer)
β° Schedule: Full-time | 5 days per week | 40 hours
π§© What Youβll Do
Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand or recurring positions
Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and specialized platforms
Conduct initial screenings to assess skills, experience, and interest
Maintain an organized database of active and passive candidates
Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs
Track sourcing metrics and provide pipeline progress updates
Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent
Stay up to date with market trends and sourcing best practices
β What Weβre Looking For
Minimum 2+ years of experience in recruitment sourcing or talent acquisition
Proven ability to build talent pipelines independently
Strong research and passive candidate sourcing skills
Hands-on experience with ATS & sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean search, etc.)
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Experience sourcing for high-volume or specialized roles
Knowledge of advanced sourcing methodologies
