Commission-Only Sales Manager — Build & Lead Your Own Commercial Lending Team
Job Description
We are expanding and seeking entrepreneurial Sales Managers to build and lead their own commercial loan origination teams.
This is a 100% commission-based leadership role designed for individuals who want to scale income by building a producing team—not just closing deals themselves.
If you understand commercial real estate, capital structuring, or high-level sales—and want to build a team under a strong platform—this is a high-upside opportunity.
What You Will Do
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of commercial loan assistants and/or originators
• Build and oversee a pipeline of commercial financing opportunities
• Guide your team in identifying deal opportunities (distress, refinance, equity extraction)
• Support deal flow from initial contact through application and structuring
• Maintain production standards and team performance
• Act as a regional leader representing MBrate Mortgage

Compensation Structure
• Commission earned on closed/funded deals
• Override commissions based on team production

Ideal Candidate
• Experience in commercial real estate, lending, or B2B sales
• Prior experience recruiting or managing sales teams
• Strong understanding of deal flow, pipeline management, or capital markets (preferred)
• Entrepreneurial mindset with desire to build and scale a team
• Self-driven and comfortable in a performance-based environment
• Strong communication and leadership skills
Important Notes
• This role is focused strictly on commercial/business-purpose lending
• No residential consumer lending
• Candidates should be comfortable working in a commission-only structure
• Licensing requirements may vary depending on deal types and jurisdiction
