Job Description
• Own and execute end-to-end digital growth strategy across SEO, content, paid channels, LinkedIn, and email
• Build and optimize full-funnel demand generation (traffic → MQL → SQL → pipeline)
• Manage and continuously improve channel performance, ROI, and conversion metrics
• Develop attribution models and reporting dashboards to track performance and inform decision-making
• Partner closely with sales, content, and marketing operations to align growth efforts with revenue goals
• Identify and test new acquisition channels and strategies to drive scalable growth
• Optimize website and content performance to increase engagement and lead conversion
• Support global campaigns and ensure consistency across regions and customer segments
• Leverage data and insights to continuously refine targeting, messaging, and channel mix

The Successful Applicant
A successful Digital Growth Manager should have:
• 3-6 years of experience in B2B growth marketing or demand generation
• Proven track record of driving measurable growth across digital channels
• Strong understanding of SEO, content strategy, and multi-channel acquisition
• Experience managing full-funnel performance and optimizing conversion rates
• Comfortable working with data, attribution models, and performance analytics
• Experience with CRM and marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) preferred
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, build-stage environment with evolving priorities
• Exposure to complex, technical, or high-value products is a plus
