Sales Supervisor (Paper & Packaging Industry)
• / Company：Chengtai Paper Co., Ltd
• / Location：Nairobi, Kenya
• / Job Summary
• We are a local paper manufacturing company with a stable monthly supply of 5,000 tons of paper. We are urgently looking for an active sales professional to expand our customer base across Kenya.
• / Job Responsibilities
• Source customers: Identify printing houses, packaging companies, carton manufacturing factories, and related clients in and around Nairobi.
• Product sales: Promote and sell the company’s paper products.
• Target achievement: Meet monthly sales targets and maintain good relationships with existing customers.
• / Requirements
• Industry experience: Experience in paper mills, packaging, or printing industries is highly preferred.
• Local network: Familiarity with Nairobi’s manufacturing industry and existing business connections are a plus.
• Language skills: Fluent in both English and Swahili.
• Personal qualities: Goal-oriented, hardworking, and able to work independently.
• / Compensation
• Basic salary: 20,000 KES per month
• Commission: 100 KES per ton
